My interest in fitness and nutrition started early and I graduated from Texas Woman’s University with a B.S in Nutrition and Emphasis in Dietetics in the year 2014. I am a Certified Health Coach through the American Council on Exercise, and I am certified through the International Sports Sciences Association as a Sports Nutrition Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer. Nadia’s Nutrition was born when I wanted to take my abilities to a more personal level.
My experience started at Baylor University Medical Center as a Dietetic Technician, where I really feel I was able to learn and grow into the type of nutritionist I wanted to be. I was a Personal Trainer/Fitness Consultant at various well-known fitness centers including: Anytime Fitness, TWU Fitness & Recreation Center, LA Fitness, and Lifetime Fitness. Aside from my work experience, I also competed twice in NPC Bikini.
